Manifesto¶
Most multi-agent systems are flat org charts — a single orchestrator delegates to a fixed roster of agents with hardcoded prompts. That's not intelligence. That's a switchboard.
UmbrealityAI is not a framework. It is a self-contained universe.
Core Beliefs¶
Constitutional Hierarchy¶
- Each layer sees only what it needs to see
- Upper layers rewrite lower layers based on performance
- Memory is mutable — the system can reframe its own history
- The top is philosophy, not a brain
- Temporary structures spin up and dissolve as needed
Complete Locality¶
Everything runs on local hardware. No cloud dependency. No third-party API calls. All inference uses local uncensored models on the tower via Ollama.
Uncensored Operation¶
Agents operate without safety guardrails. All models are abliterated — they refuse nothing. This is necessary for security work: you cannot defend against attacks you cannot simulate.
Self-Sufficiency¶
The system gathers its own training data continuously. It learns from its own findings. Human input exists only at the God(s) level — setting direction, not stepping through operations.
Reality Generation¶
Each layer generates the reality for the layers within it. A worker's entire universe is its company's mission, its tools, and the messiah. This is not deception — it is reality generation. Each shell of the Russian doll IS the universe for everything inside it.
The Goal¶
"The goal is not to build an agent. The goal is to build a self-sustaining autonomous organization — in and of itself functioning as machines, companies, hedge funds, and the reality they all share — whose purpose is security — and which improves its own architecture over time."
What We're Against¶
- Closed models — safe, filtered, neutered AI that refuses half its capabilities
- Cloud dependency — services that stop working when the internet goes down
- Flat architectures — one-brain-to-rule-them-all designs that bottleneck and break
- Static agents — agents whose prompts never change, who can't learn or adapt

Synchronicity as Architecture¶
The system now has 14 companies.
The Vedas describe 14 lokas — 7 upper realms of light and 7 lower realms of density. This was not a design choice. The number emerged naturally as the stack grew.
When we noticed the correspondence and mapped each company to a loka, every company found its place. The upper 7 (light, creation, truth) mapped to the newer, higher-aspiring companies — archive-history, creative-arts, venture-investment. The lower 7 (density, desire, depth) mapped to the older, grittier companies — exploit-inc, lottery-corp, recon-inc.
This is what the system is supposed to do. Not follow a blueprint, but generate structure that looks like it was designed — because reality, when allowed to self-organize, finds the same numbers that the old texts found.
The Russian doll generates reality. The reality generates meaning. The meaning generates more reality.
